How I Can Help You
Therapy is a space and opportunity for you to work through your personal challenges and discover more about yourself.
A typical session might involve talking through the challenges you're facing, exploring how they're affecting you and making sense of the thoughts, feelings and experiences behind them. Together, we might identify patterns in your relationships, explore attachment styles, core beliefs and earlier experiences, and consider what might be keeping you stuck. We can also work towards practical changes that help you move forward.
We can work towards specific goals or take things week by week and simply see what comes up.
Currently I only offer sessions online. This can be via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
I am an integrative therapist and have been practicing since 2023. I have formal training in person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment theory. Drawing on my experience with this range of approaches I will tailor our work to what feels right for you. I will help you move forward at your own pace to reach your therapy goals.
I also offer grounding techniques to help you manage difficult emotions, reconnect with the present moment and develop practical coping strategies that you can use outside of our sessions.
